The National Alliance of Pet Owners, LLC (NAPO) was created for the purpose of Protecting, Promoting and Defending the Rights of responsible pet owners to be able to own and enjoy pets as granted by the U.S. Constitution. Many elements of our civilization are working to rob our American citizens and families of these rights today. NAPO is a non-profit limited liability corporation (LLC). NAPO is dedicated to the public’s right to own, enjoy and reproduce pets as outlined in the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
